Core ICT Service for a Videoconferencing System

Summary

The Berlin Senate Chancellery is procuring a core ICT service for a videoconferencing system. The initial 24-month period covers technical operation of a dedicated instance for 2,000 users, including 10 TB of storage, monitoring, third-level support, software maintenance and training, as well as initial setup and related security, operating, data-protection, availability and accessibility documentation. Optional packages cover enhanced operations and up to 350 hours of system adaptations and further development; the contract may be extended twice by 12 months.
