Framework Agreement for Postal Services

Summary

Leipzig University is procuring a framework agreement for postal services from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2032. Lot 1 covers postcards and letters sent regionally, nationally and internationally, including formal service of documents; Lot 2 covers parcels and small parcels. The service includes collection, counting, sorting, franking, transport and delivery, with an average annual spend of approximately €110,000 net in the previous two years.
