Framework agreement for SAP support and development services for the IVZ, cooperation partners and the (D)einSAP business process organization

Summary

The tender seeks a framework agreement for SAP support, development and consulting services for the Information Processing Centre, its cooperation partners and the (D)einSAP business process organization. The services focus on the existing SAP landscape, especially SAP S/4HANA, and include customization, functional and technical extensions, interface development, specialist consulting, second- and third-level support, change implementation, testing, documentation and quality assurance. There are three lots: consulting and development services, project management, and media-object controlling. The framework may have up to four partners for Lots 1 and 2 and up to three partners for Lot 3. The estimated volume is up to 9,720 person-days, with no minimum purchase obligation. The initial term is three years from 1 January 2027, with a one-time 12-month extension option. Services are mainly remote, but may be required on site in several German cities. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 14 October 2026 at 10:00. Prices must be stated excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion with a weighting of 100%. Subsequent call-offs under the framework will be run as mini-competitions.
