Framework agreement for moving services for Bayerischer Rundfunk’s storage and archive facilities

Summary

Bayerischer Rundfunk is procuring a framework agreement for the planned and managed relocation of its corporate and sheet-music archives, as well as other smaller archive and storage areas. The work includes packing, labelling, securing, transporting and placing archive materials and equipment, together with related loading, unloading and dismantling or reassembly where required. The currently known quantities are approximately 1,500 linear metres of sheet music and books, 70 linear metres of paper and supplies, and 4,400 linear metres of corporate archive material. Moves are expected mainly between the broadcaster’s Munich premises, its Freimann campus, Ismaning and, for the sheet-music archive, a destination in the Munich/Unterföhring area; the agreement has a 24-month initial term and may be extended twice by 12 months.
