Video Conferencing Systems

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of video conferencing systems, IMAC/R/D work related to their installation and changes, and support. The systems must operate within and connect to the contracting authorities’ Cisco Video Meeting Server (Cisco CMS) and Expressway infrastructure. Bidders must offer encoders manufactured by Cisco that support the SIP video protocol. The procurement is for a framework agreement lasting four years from contract award, but starting no earlier than 1 January 2027. Orders under the framework agreement may be placed up to 150% of the total value of the successful tender. The contracting authorities are Dataport AöR, the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, the State of Schleswig-Holstein and the State of Saxony-Anhalt.
