Website Relaunch and IT System Agreement for the City of Arnstadt Portal

Summary

The City of Arnstadt is procuring the complete redesign and implementation of its municipal website as a user-focused service portal, delivered in two phases. The first phase is to launch the essential website functions by 1 October 2027; further development and optimisation will continue through 31 December 2028. The scope also includes migration of selected content from the existing website, training, hosting administration, maintenance, support and ongoing development; maintenance and care of the new website run for 21 months from launch, with an optional extension year.
