Laboratory and service work for drinking-water Legionella testing

Summary

The procurement covers laboratory and service work for testing drinking water for Legionella at approximately 750 hot-water supply systems operated by Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft. The estimated volume is about 6,000 samples. The work includes sample collection, laboratory testing, test reports, and providing information to the contracting authority and the health authority. Testing must comply with applicable legislation and technical standards, including EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-03. The contract starts on 1 February 2027, runs initially for two years and may be extended twice by one year, up to 31 January 2031. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 08:00 on 5 November 2026. Bidders must submit the required forms and suitability self-declaration and meet the requirements concerning comparable work and three references from the past three years, available staff and insurance. Prices must be quoted in euros excluding VAT, to no more than three decimal places.
