Framework agreement for IT hardware for Hochsauerlandkreis schools, 2027–2030

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement to supply IT hardware to the Hochsauerlandkreis vocational and special-needs schools for 2027–2030. Bids may cover one or both lots: Lot 1 includes laptops, thin clients, desktop PCs, monitors, mice and keyboards; Lot 2 includes interactive 75- and 86-inch 4K touch displays, compatible PC modules, mounts, board wings, mobile display carts, projectors and ceiling mounts. The supplier must offer products meeting the technical minimum requirements, deliver them to the schools, install them and, where required, hand them over ready for use. Initial user training must be provided for the touch displays. Each delivery must include machine-readable device inventory data. The framework agreement initially runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027 and may be extended annually, but ends no later than 31 December 2030. Orders will be placed as needs arise; there are no minimum quantities, and maximum quantities are set out in the price schedules.
