Framework agreement for maintenance, support and further development of the existing Jitsi environment, including its management system

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for maintenance, support and further development of an existing Jitsi environment and its management system. The services include fault analysis and resolution, security assessment, patch and release management, configuration, documentation, training and integration with related systems. The environment currently comprises 72 systems, including Jitsi Videobridge, conference management, TURN, HAProxy, Jitsi Meeting Server, Asterisk, Django, Ansible, Prometheus, TinyProxy, a container registry and PostgreSQL systems. The framework agreement has a maximum call-off limit of EUR 3,600,000, with no guaranteed minimum volume.
