IT Framework Agreement

Summary

Medizinische Universität Lausitz – Carl Thiem is procuring standard IT hardware through framework agreements divided into three lots: workplace equipment (notebooks, desktop and mini PCs, and monitors), tablets, and telephones and smartphones. The agreements have an initial term of 24 months, with two possible 12-month extensions, for a maximum term of 48 months. Maximum quantities over the full term, including extensions, are 20,000 devices in Lot 1, 2,500 in Lot 2 and 1,120 in Lot 3; there is no guaranteed minimum purchase.
