Testing electrical equipment under energy-labelling and ecodesign requirements

Summary

The procurement covers testing electrical equipment in nine specialist lots to assess compliance with energy-labelling and ecodesign requirements. The supplied technical specifications cover household refrigerators (with a capacity of up to 800 litres), washing machines and washer-dryers (with a rated capacity of up to 12 kg), tumble dryers (with a load of 3–10 kg), dishwashers, room air conditioners, and household lighting, including LED, halogen and compact fluorescent lamps. Testing is to be carried out under the applicable EU regulations and harmonised standards. The work generally includes setting up and dismantling the test product, electronically preserving accompanying documents, photographing the product, measuring or calculating the required parameters, preparing an electronic test report in German, and safely returning the product and accessories. Some additional tests are optional and are performed only when requested by the contracting authority; repeat or partial testing may also be ordered when needed. The contracting authority provides the test product, including accessories, and arranges its delivery to the contractor. Bids may cover one, several or all lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in text form by 3 November 2026 at 10:00. Qualification and compliance requirements, as well as the details of declarations concerning exclusion grounds and sanctions, must be checked in the tender documents.
