Summary

Berliner Wasserbetriebe is procuring a 24-month framework agreement for recurring inspection, recording and documentation of fixed electrical installations and equipment, including circuit testing and renewal of labels at sites across Berlin. The procurement has six lots: the corporate headquarters, Jungfernheide data centre, Cicerostraße 24 and 28, operating sites including the laboratory and control room, Fischerstraße, and Werner-Voss-Damm and KSA IDA. The estimated total is 19,066 circuits, with a maximum of 20,000; the data-centre lot also includes inspections without shutting down the installations and thermographic testing.
