Extension of PingIDM

Summary

The tender covers a three-year subscription for PingIDM identity-management software and manufacturer support to update and expand the university's system. Four PingIDM modules are required: Identity Synchronization, Self-Service, Identity Workflow, and Lifecycle & Relationship Management, each for 5,600 internal users and 47,000 external users. The Ping Customer Care Package – Base Tier must also be included. The subscription runs from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with annual billing. Price is the only award criterion and accounts for 100 points; the lowest total price receives the maximum score. The bid must be submitted through the procurement portal by 08 October 2026 at 00:00. It must meet the technical minimum requirements, include the required forms and evidence and at least one comparable reference, and use the contracting authority's prescribed contract terms.
