Crisis management for the NDR

Summary

This tender concerns the development and embedding of crisis management for Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR). The contract will establish a framework agreement for consulting, analysis, concept development, moderation, qualification and implementation services to develop, implement and continuously improve an organization-wide crisis management and crisis communications capability. Evaluation will focus on the project team's experience in crisis management, organizational development, crisis communication, stakeholder management, and the design of tools and trainings; and on the bidder's financial capacity and compliance, references, and the submission of required documents.
