Operation of the CAMPUSonline system (C@MPUS)

Summary

The tender concerns operational support services for the University of Stuttgart's CAMPUSonline university campus management system, known as C@MPUS, including Oracle database management and absence cover. The services include access management, system and backup monitoring, update installation, incident resolution, database recovery and, where required, support for Docker Swarm, Keycloak, SSO and the planned migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL. The contract runs for 36 months from contract award and may be extended twice by 12 months, for a maximum total term of 60 months. The expected volume is up to 192 working hours per year. Among other requirements, the bidder must provide ISO/IEC 27001 or equivalent information security certification and demonstrate experience operating systems at least 3 higher education institutions with at least 20,000 students each during the last 3 years. The tender deadline is 9 October 2026. Price and the operational support concept each account for 50% of the evaluation.
