Maintenance, development and other services for Kofax components

Summary

The Federal Office of Justice is procuring maintenance, development and other services for Kofax components used to scan paper mail and create electronic documents. From 1 January 2027, the procurement covers annual maintenance for the Kofax software, the EHUG interface connector and the Kofax Capture Custom Modules, as well as a framework agreement for development, configuration, consulting, workshops and operational support for existing and potentially new specialist applications.
