Modernisation and replacement of the existing computer-aided facility management system (CAFM)

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, implementation, commissioning, maintenance and support of a modular computer-aided facility management software solution for the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training in Germany. The solution must replace the existing Planon system, bring current business processes together in one central application, and run on the contracting authority’s virtualised server infrastructure as an on-premises system. The contract is not divided into lots, and bidders must offer the complete solution. Bidders must provide at least three references for comparable projects completed within the previous three years.
