Environmental assessments for the replacement of Vorpommern Bridge
Summary
The tender covers environmental planning and assessments for the replacement of Vorpommern Bridge (Bw 102) over the Warnow River and the reconstruction of the L 22 in Rostock. The services comprise a landscape conservation plan, a species protection assessment, and Natura 2000 assessments for the Warnow Valley with Small Tributaries site of community importance and the Warnow Valley, Sternberg Lakes and Lower Mildenitz Special Protection Area. Preliminary assessments and, where necessary, derogation assessments must also be carried out. The work includes coordination and collaboration with the design team, authorities and other project participants; use of the Carbäkniederung landscape protection area is prohibited. Deliverables must be provided digitally in the specified formats, with plans also supplied as three colour paper copies. The bidder must name a project manager and responsible specialists for all required environmental disciplines and provide evidence of insurance, professional qualifications, experience and at least three relevant company references. The offer must also include an analysis of the project’s environmental requirements and a methodology, limited to 10 A4 pages in total, as well as individual references for the project personnel. Evaluation is based on a maximum of 100 points: environmental requirements analysis 25, methodology 20, project personnel experience 15 and price 40. The submission deadline is 3 November 2026 at 10:00.
