Letter Mail Delivery from the Central Printing Centre

Summary

AOK Baden-Württemberg is procuring the collection, sorting, transport and delivery of its daily addressed letter mail from its central printing centre. The contract is divided into four lots: North Baden-Württemberg (about 3.73 million items per year), West Baden-Württemberg (2.1 million), East Baden-Württemberg (1.55 million) and the rest of Germany plus international destinations (7.4 million), for an approximate total of 14.8 million letters annually. Delivery is primarily within Germany, with a small volume of international mail. The contract runs from 1 April 2027 to 28 February 2029, with two options to extend by 12 months each, up to a maximum total term of 47 months.
