Open-house discount agreements for medicines 2024-11

Summary

The health insurers HEK and/or hkk, depending on the lot, are seeking open-house discount agreements for the active substances, combinations, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in each lot. Unless a contract provides otherwise, the scope covers all interchangeable finished medicinal products supplied by the contracting pharmaceutical company. The agreements use uniform terms, do not grant exclusivity and generally run for up to 24 months, starting no earlier than 1 November 2024 and ending by 31 October 2026, subject to lot-specific dates.
