Operation of the Bicycle Parking Information Service

Summary

The Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility is procuring the operation and further development of the “Bicycle Parking” information service from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2030. The service will provide free advice to municipalities and other stakeholders through a hotline, email, website and social media; support at least 72 municipal projects; and deliver at least three events each year, alongside guidance, tools and research on bicycle parking. Two optional work packages cover digital standards and interfaces for bicycle-parking facilities, and geospatial tools for identifying and assessing potential sites.
