Cloud-based VoIP/UCC solution as a service

Summary

Landkreis Unstrut-Hainich is procuring a cloud-based VoIP/UCC communications solution delivered as SaaS to replace its existing AVAYA system. The centrally managed, highly available service will cover four sites and approximately 595 users, including telephony and UCC functions, softphone and mobile clients, public telephony, number porting, up to 10 physical IP phones and 10 analog adapters, a central switchboard workstation and an AI-assisted switchboard function. The contract also covers implementation, migration, testing, training, documentation, service and support.
