IT services for the continued operation of the educational paed.ML platform

Summary

The tender concerns IT licences, software subscriptions, maintenance, support, development and quality-assurance services required for the continued operation of the paed.ML educational school platform in Baden-Württemberg. It is divided into seven lots, and a company may tender for one, several or all lots. The lots cover UCS and UCS@school, opsi licences and software packages, Nextcloud subscription licences, front-end and back-end development of the school console, quality assurance and third-level support, and OctoGate firewall support and maintenance. Performance starts on 1 January 2027, with a minimum term of 36 months and two possible 12-month extensions; the maximum term is 60 months. Tenders must be submitted in German electronically in PDF format by 6 October 2026 at 12:00. Each lot is evaluated using price and quality-based concepts; price is not the only award criterion. A company must demonstrate the required lot-specific experience, technical capability, insurance cover and suitable personnel, and submit the required concepts, forms and declarations.
