Fuel cell energy supply system

Summary

The German Biomass Research Centre in Leipzig is procuring the supply, installation and integration of peripheral equipment for a fuel-cell energy supply system, together with commissioning and support for the completed system. The contracting authority will provide the high-temperature fuel-cell unit, comprising the fuel cell, a methanol-powered reformer and an external cooling system; purchasing that unit is not part of the contract. The system will be connected at the Leipzig research test facility to a heat pump and photovoltaic installation. The procurement is not divided into lots.
