Framework agreement for temporary staffing for construction projects in Baden-Württemberg

Summary

Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg is establishing a framework agreement for the temporary provision of qualified personnel to support the planning and delivery of its construction projects. The three personnel profiles cover technical project development and the transition to low-carbon heating, management of heating-system conversions, and client-side representation or project management during construction. The agreement is planned to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with up to four staffing providers and €8.9 million net in available funding.
