Summary
The procurement covers the statutory annual financial statement audit, including related audit services, for Saarland University Hospital (UKS AöR) and its subsidiary UKS Service GmbH. The audit of UKS Energie GmbH is optional and may be commissioned separately. EK-UNICO GmbH is not subject to a separate audit; only information in the management report concerning the annual financial statements and the minority shareholding is to be taken into account.
