IT framework agreement

Summary

The procurement covers framework agreements for standard IT hardware in three lots: Lot 1 comprises laptops, desktop and mini PCs, USB-C monitors and conference monitors; Lot 2 covers tablets; and Lot 3 covers IP phones and smartphones. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, with a maximum of three lots available for bidding and award. The initial contract term is 24 months, with two possible 12-month extensions, up to 48 months in total. The maximum quantities are 20,000, 2,500 and 1,120 devices respectively. The buyer is not required to place minimum orders and grants no exclusivity; estimated quantities may differ from actual orders. Bids must be submitted in German by 19 October 2026 at 12:00. Variants are not permitted. Participation requires meeting the relevant lot’s reference and turnover thresholds and submitting the required declarations and price schedules. Prices are fixed for the first six months; afterwards, a justified increase may be requested no more than once a year, with at least three months’ notice, and is capped at 10% of the current net price per year.
