Framework agreement for hardware procurement for IFB

Summary

The procurement is for a hardware framework agreement for Hamburgische Investitions- und Förderbank (IFB). The two lots cover laptops, 27-inch monitors and docking stations, as well as Bluetooth keyboards and mice, active-noise-cancelling headsets and replacement ear pads. All equipment must be new and meet the technical minimum requirements and compatibility needs of IFB. A warranty of at least 48 months is required, including 48 months of next-business-day, on-site manufacturer support for laptops. The framework agreement will run for up to 48 months, with a maximum value of EUR 3.5 million. It does not oblige the buyer to place orders; purchases will depend on actual need. Estimated maximum quantities for 2026–2030 are 1,000 laptops, 1,000 monitors, 500 docking stations and up to 400 each of Bluetooth keyboards, mice and headsets with suitable replacement ear pads. Suppliers will be ranked. The first-ranked supplier is approached first; if it declines or cannot deliver within four weeks, the order may be passed to the next supplier. Bids must include the required documents and an Excel-format price schedule. Price is the award criterion. The submission deadline is 2 November 2026 at 08:00.
