Framework agreement for change management, communications and organisational culture development

Summary

The State of Baden-Württemberg, represented by IT Baden-Württemberg (BITBW), is procuring a framework agreement for consultancy and support in change management, change communications and organisational culture development. Services will be called off as needed and include strategic advice, support for transformation projects, cultural development, workshops and staff capability-building, communication planning and project-related assistance. The agreement has a maximum value of EUR 1,000,000 excluding VAT (EUR 1,190,000 including VAT); the initial term is 12 months, with up to three optional one-year extensions, and there is no guaranteed minimum purchase.
