Routine and glass cleaning at LWL museums in Haltern and Herne

Summary

The Westphalia-Lippe Regional Association (LWL) is procuring cleaning services for its museums in three lots: routine cleaning at the LWL Roman Museum in Haltern (Lot 1), routine cleaning at the LWL Museum of Archaeology in Herne (Lot 2), and glass and frame cleaning at both museums (Lot 3). The price schedules cover approximately 303,289 m² of annual cleaning area for Lot 1, 255,370 m² for the standard routine-cleaning schedule in Lot 2, and 4,756 m² of annual glass-cleaning area for Lot 3; Lot 2 also includes separately itemised cleaning of exhibition and research-laboratory areas. The contracts are scheduled to run from 1 February 2027 to 31 July 2028.
