City of Königs Wusterhausen framework agreement for drafting urban development agreements

Summary

The City of Königs Wusterhausen is procuring legal advice and support for preparing, concluding and implementing urban development agreements under Section 11 and implementation agreements under Section 12 of the German Federal Building Code. The services include planning and legal reviews, drafting and negotiating agreements, advice on their performance and support with disputes; optional services cover reviewing and amending existing agreements. The framework agreement allows for up to three individual contracts and two optional contract revisions per contract year, with no guaranteed minimum volume. It will run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with one optional extension of up to two years, to 31 December 2030.
