Courier service for official and lawyers’ mail in the Cologne Regional Court district

Summary

The President of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne is procuring courier services to transport official mail, files where applicable, and lawyers’ mail between the Cologne courts, the public prosecutor’s office and eight district courts. Service is required on working days except Saturdays, with an average of 50–60 transport containers per day; the service also includes carrying outgoing mail from Cologne to the city’s fines office, up to four containers per day. The contract is not divided into lots and runs from 1 January 2027, with a possible six-month extension, for a maximum of 18 months.
