Collection, transport and distribution of hospital linen between the laundry and the Southern Hospital

Summary

The Canary Islands Health Service is procuring the scheduled collection and transport of hospital linen, including clean and soiled linen, between the Central Laundry and the Southern Hospital, together with the return of empty transport cages, for 12 months. Clean linen is generally transported four days a week, and soiled linen on weekdays and Sundays; individual loads may reach 12 cages and 1,800 kg. The contract is not divided into lots and may be extended by up to six months.
