Social Counselling for Employees

Summary

Rhein-Sieg District is procuring social counselling for approximately 1,850 employees and managers. The service includes telephone and online counselling, in-person appointments, mediation and support with psychosocial crises, as well as referrals to local counselling and therapy services. It also includes a biweekly two-hour on-site open consultation and a report every six months. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with five possible 12-month extensions, at most through 31 December 2032.
