Long-term healthcare and support services for people with alcohol dependence and their informal caregivers

Summary

The Addiction Treatment Centre in Lublin is procuring long-term healthcare and support services in the city of Lublin and Lublin County for people with alcohol dependence and chronic physical or mental illnesses, as well as for their informal caregivers, in two lots. Lot 1 covers 6,550 services for 50 project participants: internal medicine and psychiatric consultations, nursing and care services, addiction psychotherapy, and dietetic consultations. Lot 2 covers 2,000 individual psychological sessions for 50 informal caregivers. Services are to be delivered from contract signature until 30 June 2027; the volume may be reduced by up to 10% in Lot 1 and 20% in Lot 2.
