Printing and production services (PG TDE 2027)

Summary

The State Chancellery of North Rhine-Westphalia is procuring production, sourcing, storage, finishing, packing and delivery of print products, event materials and promotional items for public communications about German Unity Day 2027 and the state’s Federal Council presidency. The contract has three lots: print products, including example quantities of 10,000 programme flyers, 1,000 A5 notepads and 1,000 A1 posters; event materials, including 2 press backdrops, 2 roll-up displays and 1,000 construction-fence banners; and promotional items and event clothing, including 5,000 pens, 5,000 cotton bags and 750 windbreakers. These quantities are for comparing bids and are not the first order; actual orders will be agreed within the overall budget. The contract runs until 31 December 2027, with supplies delivered as required.
