Development of a Training Curriculum and Delivery of Learning Activities for Market Surveillance under the Single Market Academy (SMA)

Summary

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is procuring the development of a training curriculum for the market surveillance authorities of the six Western Balkan countries, together with the planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities based on that curriculum. The work includes preparing the curriculum and learning materials, delivering training and other learning activities, assessing participants' learning outcomes and updating the curriculum. Up to 25 learning activities are planned, including up to 10 online activities; the contract runs from December 2026 to 31 December 2028.
