Framework Agreement for Hybrid Mail Services

Summary

Landkreis Celle is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for the provision and operation of a hybrid mail solution for 48 months, from 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2031. The service covers digital receipt of documents and mailing instructions, processing, printing, enveloping, postage, handover to delivery partners or postal delivery, and the provision of dispatch, delivery, status and return data. The procurement has no lots, and the maximum value of services called off under the agreement is 150% of the contract value.
