Cesspit waste collection and sewer cleaning, 2027–2028

Summary

The Municipality of Odenthal is procuring the collection and disposal of sludge and faecal matter from small wastewater treatment plants and sealed cesspits, together with cleaning, flushing and suction services for public sewers and wastewater pumping stations. Estimated quantities include 1,500 m³ in the first year and 1,400 m³ in the second year for cesspit collection, plus approximately 200 hours of manual cleaning, 50 hours of combined high-pressure flushing and suction vehicle services during normal working hours, and 20 hours outside those hours per year. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend it once through 31 December 2028; payment is for services actually performed.
