Maintenance of the configuration and software for the VRZ data distribution systems in Leverkusen

Summary

Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is procuring maintenance and support for the configuration and software of the VRZ data distribution systems in Leverkusen. The 36-month service includes monthly checks of virtual systems on working days, fault analysis and resolution, documentation, software updates and necessary configuration changes. The scope also includes call-off services of 80 hours for a project/development lead, 1,300 hours for a systems analyst and 10 hours for an assistant, plus a one-off onboarding service.
