Cleaning services at the 68th Primary School

Summary

The City of Dresden is procuring routine, deep and window cleaning services for the 68th Primary School at Heiligenbornstraße 15. The scope covers 3,052.44 m² of routine cleaning, 435.32 m² of deep cleaning and 920.25 m² of window cleaning. The initial service period is 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2028, with an automatic 12-month extension unless terminated in writing at least six months before expiry; the contract ends no later than 30 April 2029. The services are not divided into lots.
