The Bautzen District Office is procuring a six-month activation and employment-integration programme in Bautzen for 10 benefit recipients aged 25–62 who face health-related, psychosocial or motivational barriers to entering the labour market. The programme includes movement-based activation, holistic coaching, skills assessment, psychosocial support, individual planning and at least two two-week placements with regional employers. The contract runs from 1 January to 30 June 2027, with two six-month extension options covering July–December 2027 and January–June 2028.
