Magnetically levitated turbomolecular pumps
Summary
The Max Born Institute is procuring two identical magnetically levitated turbomolecular pump sets to evacuate the main chamber of a new soft X-ray synchrotron instrument. Each set includes a pump, drive and bearing electronics, air cooling, a vent valve or venting function, and the necessary connection cables. Installation, integration and commissioning are not included.
