Redevelopment of Esens Church Square

Summary

The municipality of Esens is procuring civil engineering and roadworks to redesign the church square around St Magnus Church. The works include removing existing surfaces and fixtures; earthworks; new red brick paving, brightened asphalt and permeable surfaces around trees; stone and brick edging, drainage improvements and tree protection; and installation of underground ducts for future utility or lighting lines. The scope also includes site setup, traffic management and as-built plans.
