Development of the Schwallungen–Schmalkalden commercial and industrial area: demolition of the old bridge and site restoration

Summary

The Schmalkalden municipal administration is procuring Lot 8 of the development works for the intermunicipal commercial and industrial area of Schwallungen–Schmalkalden. The work covers demolition and restoration of the site of the old bridge over the Stille: a reinforced-concrete bridge on steel beams, with asphalt surfacing, railings and reinforced-concrete abutments. The stated quantities include an 80 m² area, 145 m³ enclosed volume, 35 m³ of demolition rubble and 15 m³ of asphalt.
