Complete demolition of the residential building at Am Lehngut 2

Summary

The City of Chemnitz is procuring the complete demolition and disposal of a residential building at Am Lehngut 2, together with the removal of smaller outbuildings. The work includes demolishing a main building of approximately 1,230 m³ and outbuildings totalling approximately 455 m³, disposing of about 380 m² of bitumen- or tar-containing roofing and 360 m² of asbestos-containing roof shingles, clearing approximately 600 m² of the site, felling around 25 small trees, and removing approximately 10 tonnes of fixtures and loose waste. The contract is not divided into lots and is scheduled to run from 1 December 2026 to 27 February 2027.
