Electrical cabling and wiring in buildings and new standby generator

Summary

The Land of Berlin is procuring construction works to renew the standby power system at a police facility at 55 Bulgarische Street, Berlin. The works include removing the existing generator and controls, supplying, installing and commissioning a new standby generator with a control cabinet, and modifying the electrical infrastructure and distribution boards so that all building areas receive full power during a grid outage. The contract also covers changes to switching, control and protection systems, followed by testing and commissioning; the works are scheduled to run from 4 January to 30 September 2027. The procurement is not divided into lots.
