Activation and employment-placement services for unemployed people

Summary

The Ostalbkreis Jobcenter is procuring an activation and employment-placement service for unemployed people, delivered in two lots: 20 participant places in Aalen and 25 in Schwäbisch Gmünd. The programme combines individual assessment and counselling, motivation and job-orientation support, digital-skills training, help with job applications and access to training, and social-skills development. The contract runs from 2027 for 12 months, with an option to extend once for a further 12 months and to increase capacity by up to 20%.
