Incident response and on-call service

Summary

AOK Rheinland/Hamburg is procuring incident response and on-call services for its buildings outside normal working hours. The services include providing an emergency and service control centre, connecting existing alarm systems where available, notifying designated contacts and emergency services, and inspecting and securing sites in dangerous situations. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2032 and is divided into two lots: Hamburg and Rhineland, covering the Düsseldorf and Cologne administrative districts and the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
