Technical Building Services Design
Summary
Rhein-Maas Klinikum GmbH is seeking technical building services design for the renovation of Station D2 in its hospital into a 13-bed premium ward. The assignment covers design services for phases 1–7 under HOAI 2021 for water and drainage, heating, ventilation, electrical power, telecommunications and information systems, specialist and process systems, and building automation. The building works will take place while the hospital remains in operation; medical technology planning and lift systems are outside the assignment.
